Located on the ridge above the city, this building houses Buddhist relics, a beautiful garden, and the beginnings of a Bodhi tree forest. Inside the building is the 2.5 metre tall Jade Buddha and four tonnes of jade. The original jade boulder was discovered in Canada in 2000.
